Vegetarian grassburgery

Ingredients

- 500 g cooked cabbage 
- 150 g grated Edam cheese (just 30%) 
- 200 g grated zucchini 
- 2 handfuls of finely crushed dried leaves 
- 4 cloves of crushed garlic 
- 3 eggs 
- 50 g butter 
- 100 g finely chopped onion 
- 150 g sliced mushrooms 
- Salt, pepper, sweet paprika, chili seasoning 
- Flour or breadcrumbs to coat 
- Oil for frying

Preparation

Sprouts, cut it into quarters and boil in well salted water. Drain and squeeze out the water. Grind the meat grinder or chop finely. Put in a bowl and add the grated cheese, grated zucchini leaves, garlic, egg, salt and spices. Briefly fry in butter onion and mushrooms. Let cool slightly and add to the bowl. The mixture should be well prohníst. Shape of the meatballs in flour or bread crumbs and fry slowly in hot oil.
