Green Langoš

Ingredients

- 0.5 kg flour (can be semi-coarse wholemeal or better) 
- 1 teaspoon baking soda 
- 2 teaspoons oil 
- 1 teaspoon salt 
- 20 g yeast 
- 1/4 l of whole milk 
- 1 small plain yogurt 
- About 50 g of crushed hemp (depending on what part of the plant will be crushed) 
- Vegetable oil for browning

Preparation

From the above ingredients well process the dough and let it rise. Larger plastic bag wipe with oil, put the dough into a 12-hour zamrazíme. If we do not have much time, at least let the dough rest for a while in the fridge. The longer, the better. Then shape the dough pulling small patties (Langoš) and in oil on both sides of the roast (about 1 min on each side). Smear ketchup, crushed garlic (in this case just fine), salt and sprinkle with grated cheese. As always, be careful how much you eat to make you Langoš nepřejedly.
